THE ROLE IN THE AGENCY
We’re Bottle, a digital PR agency. In a world where we spend more than a whole day every week online, it’s our goal to help brands increase their fame, as well as their findability.
For our digital PR clients – across B2B and B2C brands - we make content to tell creative stories on behalf of our clients. Stories that build brands, spark conversations, and get them noticed for all the right reasons.
As a Creative, you’ll work within the Creative team and will be working on the delivery of a range of creative briefs, across digital channels including social media and our clients’ websites.
You’ll report into the Head of Creative.

We’re looking for an energetic Creative, who is confident, and has a strong skillset in videography and moving image.

Organising video shoots for the next webinar series on EVs
Putting together a brief for an influencers’ piece to camera on unexpected food & wine pairings
Donning a beekeeper’s outfit to film Instagram Reels
Storyboarding an animated sizzle reel to show real impact
Helping us bring to life any number of your craziest ideas
As well as all the usual jobs that you might expect from a creative and design agency
You’ll need a good working knowledge of all the usual platforms– Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. It’s a rare day that we don’t use a combination of these three. A touch of After Effects and Premiere Pro would be a bonus, although you’ll pick this up along the way.

You’re curious and look for new ways of doing things
You have total creative confidence because no idea is too bonkers
You can think quickly on your feet, grabbing new opportunities
You will have experience at another digital PR, marketing, or content marketing agency, or in-house.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Come up with creative ideas which help bring fresh, forward-thinking content for our clients’ digital storytelling
Present creative ideas to our clients’ that knock their socks off
Turn a creative brief into a storyboard
Take client approved ideas and make them a reality for all their relevant online channels
Ensure creative content delivery is on time and to a top-notch standard
Understand and follow brand guidelines with ease
Work collaboratively with both the wider team of Bottle Creatives, as well as other agency team members in the Planning and the Comms departments
Keep updated on the latest creative trends and best practices
SALARY
Dependent on experience

WAYS OF WORKING
We have a ‘3 in, 2 out’ model where you will spend 3 days per week working with the team in our Oxford office and 2 days working remotely from anywhere.
We invest in spending time together out of the office – including the infamous summer away days. Recent trips have included Wilderness Festival, a country house in rural Wales and last year… Morocco!
