As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll work within the Planning team, alongside our channel leads including SEO and social – reporting into our Planner Director - and will be responsible for shaping our clients’ digital PR, social media, and content marketing strategies, as well as steering the team on the tactics for the intersection of digital PR and SEO.
All about you
We’re looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Manager, with strong multi-channel, digital comms experience.
You’ll be highly confident across the full online marketing mix, and you’ll totally gets how approaches to each of these online channels can play a part in the brand-marketing funnel.
You will be familiar with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog. And you are just as much at home with those tools, are you are in PowerPoint and Excel.
You’ll have strong organisational skills, are unflappable when multitasking, and feel at home when leading a project and the team working on it.

You will have experience at another digital PR, marketing, or content marketing agency, or in-house.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will bring a more comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, to inform and develop the strategies, and channel performance, for our clients.
Some examples of the day-to-day work will include:
Work with the Planning Director to develop organic and paid multi-channel, digital strategies for clients covering digital PR, social media, influencer marketing, brand websites
Inform and support the Comms teams on the execution of these digital strategies
Lead multi-channel, digital PR strategies, including on-page SEO strategies
Help to optimise retained and campaign client performance, to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness across the relevant online channel mix
Manage Planning team retained clients, including account and team management
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall proposition
Keep updated on all digital marketing channel changes and best practises

£40,000 - £45,000 DOE
