Hayley Cousins

Hayley is Bottle’s HR and Finance Manager and plays a key role in keeping the agency running smoothly day to day. Her work spans HR, recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee relations, alongside budgeting, reporting and cash-flow management. She also looks after the practical side of office life, from IT and health and safety to making sure Bottle’s social events actually happen. 

What she enjoys most is creating an environment where people feel supported and able to do their best work. Bottle’s culture is something she cares deeply about and has helped shape over many years, whether that’s through the everyday atmosphere in the office or the Summer Schools and Christmas parties the team has become known for. Now in her fourteenth year at Bottle, Hayley has seen plenty of change, including four different offices. Each stage has come with its own challenges, but the team has always adapted and grown stronger as a result.

Outside work, she splits her time between supporting a family business, keeping up with two children and spending several evenings a week at the stables. When she gets the chance, she loves good food, holidays and catching up with friends. As for the office, there’s one thing she always notices: the kitchen. Teaspoons abandoned on the draining board, tea stains on the counter, mysterious leftovers in the fridge. She spots it all instantly.
