Head of Creative

Steve has been with Bottle for 6 years and is the Head of Creative, overseeing everything exciting that the in-house team can dream up. His role involves making sure that the quality, function, and implementation of all design output matches the ambitious creativity that permeates every job they do. A detail-oriented focus and a thorough knowledge of their clients’ brand guidelines ensures that his team maintains brand distinctiveness and recognition across video, animation, data visualisation, photography, illustration, and print for activations.

Put simply, it’s his role to ‘think-compelling’ and to ‘make-beautiful’.

After studying Architecture, Steve started a career as a graphic designer upon discovering that he was more “gildings than buildings”.

In his spare time Steve can be found buried up to his airpods in a good podcast, overcomplicating his next party or taking on a good pub quiz.

An interesting fact about Steve is that he placed Top 5 in an international Van Gogh lookalike competition and consequently starred in a French documentary playing the impressionist artist.

It’s a running joke in the team that Steve likes to take his time, but the results are always worth the wait!
