Stan Valentine

Stan is an Account Manager at Bottle, working across B2B clients in the insurance and EV and sustainability sectors. He supports day-to-day client activity and enjoys getting stuck into the detail, whether that’s shaping copy or helping projects move forward smoothly.

What he values most about working at Bottle is the people around him. He enjoys learning from colleagues with different strengths and approaches, and sees the agency as a place where there’s always something new to pick up. The social side of working here doesn’t hurt either.

His route into PR wasn’t a straight line. Alongside an MA in International Public and Political Communication, Stan spent seven years working in a butchers, as well as time in various retail roles. He credits those experiences with helping him understand how people think and communicate, which now feeds directly into the way he approaches copy and client work.

Outside the office, Stan’s interests depend largely on the weather. You’re as likely to find him on the golf course, in the gym or out running as you are settled in for an extended edition Lord of the Rings marathon.

He also has a habit of hyper-fixating on hobbies. This year, it’s running, and he’s set himself the goal of completing the Richmond Marathon.
